The purpose of this site is to answer any questions you may have during your stay.

Mobile home
Arrival
The keys are handed over at 4pm, and 10am for short stays.
A deposit of €200 is required (credit card). Except Kiwi Pass.
Any anomaly noted on arrival must be reported to the accommodation office.
Departure
Accommodation must be vacated before 10am and before 6pm for short stays.
The accommodation must be left clean (see “Cleaning arrangements“).
Remember to make an appointment at the reception for the check-out.
You also have the possibility to book a “cleaning package” (to be booked at the latest 48 hours before departure) for €75.
Camping pitches
Arrival
Pitches are available from 2pm.
For the comfort pitches, a deposit of 200€ is required (credit card). Except Kiwi Pass.
A deposit of €50 is required for the loan of any equipment such as extension leads, adapters, etc. (except Kiwi Pass).
Departure
Pitches must be vacated by noon.
The comfort pitches must be cleaned (cabin and sanitary facilities) and the bins emptied, don’t forget to make an appointment at the reception for the check-out.
