Cleaning before your departure
In order to ensure the best possible end of your stay and to allow the next arrivals to take possession of their accommodation in time, please vacate your accommodation, leave the door open and hand over the keys at reception before 10 am on the day of your departure and before 6 pm for short stays (see booking confirmation).
Please remember to clean and tidy up:
- All the household appliances: The microwave, the refrigerator (remember to defrost it when you leave), the hotplates, the extractor hood, the coffee maker…
- Furniture and sofa
- All dishes and cleaning utensils (basin, broom, wastebasket)
- Empty your waste and garbage bags
- The bathroom (shower cubicle and door, mirror, washbasin and the 2 drains)
- The WC
- Bedding (duvet, pillows, mattress).
- The floor (without forgetting under the beds)
- The terrace and garden furniture (sun loungers, tables and chairs)
For your comfort, vacuum cleaners are available on loan at the accommodation service office.
If everything is left in good condition, the deposit will be returned after your departure, once the accommodation has been checked. If problems are found, all or part of the deposit may be kept to cover the costs.
Cleaning option
The accommodation must be left clean (see above), or you have the possibility to book the cleaning option for an amount of 75 €.
This option does not include the cleaning of the dishes, not the removal of waste. To be booked at the latest 48 hours before your departure.
